- Query and Estimate: Users can perform "What-If" analysis with their individual and role based bonus elements to view potential payouts and thus incenting optimal bonus behavior.
- View Total Potential Payouts: Model new incentives and salary levels or changes to existing incentives and salary levels to see expected payouts before implementation. View side-by-side comparisons of total pay outs by individual, plan, team or any combination.
- Budgets: Create estimated payout amounts, and estimate scenarios for accruals and finance.
System Automated Reporting
Easily automate reports for the field and management. The nGen Compensation™ reporting system has the ability to schedule reports for different users at different customizable time intervals. Reports are created and accessible via security roles and user privileges on the Sales Dashboard or the Operational Dashboards. This allows user to view 'historical' reports and enables self service capability. Also, administrators who require custom reporting are supported with easy SQL related reports, either as 'Ad Hoc' reports or as system generated reports.

Analytics and 'Drill In' Reporting
Easily design, save and modify reports via an easy to use interface. This interface allows the user to create and add data columns from any data field/table in the system. In addition, combine the data columns with simple filters and criteria to expand or narrow the data selected from the data set. The user interface also enables users to create summary reports with grouping and simple layouts for the report data. Users can run and review the reports real time, then make changes, save the report, and even export data to CVS, XML, PDF and XLS.
Use robust analytics to easily identify trends. Group and view data via 'cubes' and different axis. The 'Drill In' functionality of nGen Compensation™ allows users to view and export data to CVS and XLS files for maximum use and data mining. The pre-built OLAP elements allow for Payee Views, Plan Views, Product Views and Custom data views. These views are also transferable to Dashboard Gauges, and Charts. This functionality is also capable of security enablement, to restrict viewing based upon application roles while allowing the transfer of information to executives and other managers.
Application Security and Roles
Your complex organization demands that security is controlled and role specific. The entire nGen Compensation™ software suite enables administrators to create roles and groups to limit the users' ability to view, edit, update and print the data.
