This workshop introduces innovation and executive insight to your leadership team that may be struggling to get out of a traditional paradigm or operational mindset.  The objective is to establish a clear vision of what being a Next Generation Enterprise means to your company.

Simulation is the art and science of creating replicas of the organization at hand. With a simulation model in place, one may play a variety of "what if" games to understand, at a very deep and objective level, how such an organization behaves.

The Collaboration Context Workshop is a one day guided planning process. A blend of education and design, the purpose of the workshop is to identify the collaborative opportunities of the organization through the strategic adoption of Web 2.0 technologies and methods that advance the business interests of the firm.

Business simulation is typically applied in complex situations that  traditional analysis is unable to address in a satisfactory manner. This workshop will lead participants through a brainstorming process to identify a number of customer-specific hypotheses.  These hypotheses are further refined and prioritized, and the highest-impact simulations are proposed for implementation.
