Workforce Education

Workforce Education

Transforming your organization's capabilities and ways of working requires programs that extend throughout the workforce.

In addition to our acclaimed executive development programs, nGenera offers Workforce Education programs that are designed to bring the insights and skills that form the core of our executive programs to your entire workforce - cost effectively.

Our research on Next Generation Enterprises has led us to develop a competency model that clusters around four broad areas that we find comprise the essential baseline for tomorrow’s leading organizations: web 2.0, collaboration, innovation, and business acumen.

As with all of our programs, this core workforce education curriculum is based on thought leadership from the nGenera Innovation Network and developed with the same attention to detail and quality.

The core curriculum includes the following courses, which may be taken individually or combined:

Classes are designed to be taken in an immersive, instructor-led format – either in person or remotely – with many examples and exercises so that the critical learning objectives are met.

The goal is to obtain a high degree of retention of the concepts, terminology, examples, and their practical application, demonstrating proficiency in the key competency areas.

The Workforce Education courses are designed to be 1-day or less each in duration and can be customized to fit specific additional learning objectives, upon customer request.
