Senior Executive Concours

The Senior Executive Concours®

The Senior Executive Concours (SEC) is an ongoing professional development program for senior executives at major corporations.

Through a series of multi-company conferences, world-class authorities and thought leaders deliver breakthrough insights on new business strategies and management processes. Many corporations utilize the program as a planned and disciplined way to have their executives step away from the pressures of day-to-day activities and think strategically.

Why should you select nGenera when there are a multitude of options for education and training of executives? Because unlike our competitors we deliver high quality and relevance to your executives. Too many executive education and management training initiatives go through the familiar motions, but don't yield the desired business results: executive alignment, informed decisions, improved management, and enhanced leadership.

Most first-time Concours attendees say it's the best business conference they have ever participated in.

Why? Because:

  • Meetings are intimate in size and restricted to true peers.
  • The world-renowned discussion leaders interact in-depth with participants during half-day segments.
  • Social functions are creative and fun for both attendees and their guests.
  • Events are run with precision, and Concours staff epitomizes customer service.
  • Schedules and agendas are published well in advance of meetings to facilitate planning amid busy executive schedules.

nGenera delivers on the promise of executive education. Our skilled and renowned discussion leaders provide unbiased information and breakthrough insights based on the latest research and corporate experiences. We create a "pure learning" environment, full of interaction and free of sales pitches.

We invite you to experience The Senior Executive Concours by becoming a member company!

Senior Executive Summits

Senior Executive Summits are two-and-a-half-day conferences designed to expand perspectives on emerging critical corporate issues and to provide the opportunity to interact with counterparts from other major corporations. World-class authorities and thought leaders join participants in a business-casual setting for half-day segments interactively exploring the contemporary challenges of executive management. Drawing on current nGenera research, experts present a briefing on the latest strategies and tools for cutting-edge management.

Attendees often bring guests and arrive on the weekend for hosted activities and to get acquainted with other participants. One attendee per corporation - at the level of CEO, divisional president, CFO or other executive committee member - is invited to participate.
