Developed and delivered in on-going collaboration with Dr. James I. Cash, retired Harvard Business School professor and associate dean, the IT LDP is an intensive, modular, blended delivery program to help develop future CIOs and senior IT leaders.  Program graduates are eligible to join with peers in an on-going IT Alumni Program.  Learn more.

Led by Tammy Erickson, McKinsey Award-winning author and expert on the changing workforce, in association with renowned faculty from Harvard, London Business School, and others, the HR LDP helps senior HR leaders develop and implement a vision for their organizations' futures using the most current HR concepts.  Learn more.

Relationship Manager Professional Development Program (RM PDP)
The RM program meets a critical need of IT directors and above who are responsible for helping the business find and add value using information technology.
