nGen Workshop
The one-day Workshop includes 4 major workshop segments.
- Segment I: nGen Overview and Orientation
- Provides a global perspective of the changing forces and drivers underlying a Next Generation Enterprise, On Demand business model.
- Segment II: Configurable nGen Models (Mash Ups)
- Includes a mash up of nGenera product modules based on the assessment, diagnostic and pre workshop effort with the customer.
- Segment III: Scenario-Based Brainstorming
- A customized brainstorming session to identify key nGen strategies and scenarios to execute going forward.
- Segment IV: Game Plan Prioritization and Actions
- A prioritized game plan to execute the new strategies through a scenario-based planning exercise.
