Jim Cash
Former James E. Robison Professor, Harvard Business School
Dr. Cash currently serves as director for a number of prominent organizations, including General Electric (NYSE: GE), Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT), Wal-Mart (NYSE: WMT), Chubb (NYSE: CB), The Boston Celtics, and the National Association of Basketball Coaches Foundation. He retired in 2003 as the James E. Robison Professor and Senior Associate Dean of the Harvard Business School, where he first joined the faculty in 1976.
Ren Riley

Ren Riley joined Oak in 1999. He focuses on investments in the consumer Internet, digital media, online advertising and enterprise software and services sectors. Ren currently serves on the Boards of Centric Software, Digital Media Group, iCrossing, Parlano, Reunion.com, Sutherland Global Services and Talisma. Prior to joining Oak, Ren was a Senior Associate with Robertson Stephens, a technology-focused investment bank, working in the corporate finance division.

He has served as president and CEO of four public and private software companies. Most recently, he was president and CEO of Asera, a real-time software solutions provider.
Mitchell Kertzman

Mitchell Kertzman is a partner at Hummer Winblad, which was founded in 1989 as the first venture capital firm to focus entirely on the software industry. Kertzman has more than 30 years of experience as a CEO of public and private software companies. Most recently he was Chairman and CEO of Liberate Technologies, a provider of platform software for the delivery of digital services by cable television companies. He was also the founder and CEO of Powersoft, one of the top software IPO's of the 1990's and strongest partners of BSG, a $100 million systems integration company founded by Steve Papermaster in the late 1980s.
