Don Tapscott - Don is one of the world’s leading authorities on business strategy and how information technology changes business, government and society. Don is Chairman of nGenera Insight and directs several of Insight’s research and education programs, serving a marquee list of Global 2000 customers. He served as founder and chairman of the international think tank New Paradigm before its acquisition by nGenera. Don was recently named one of the 50 most influential living management thinkers in the world by Thinkers50. He is an internationally sought writer, consultant and speaker. His clients include top executives of many of the world’s largest corporations and government leaders from many countries. He is a fellow of the World Economic Forum and Adjunct Professor at the Joseph L. Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto. Tapscott is the author of 13 widely-read books about information technology in business and society, including 2007’s bestselling business book in the US, Wikinomics (co-authored with Anthony Williams), as well as Paradigm Shift, The Digital Economy, and The Naked Corporation. His most recent book, Grown Up Digital, is a sequel to his 1997 bestseller Growing Up Digital. Coming in September 2010, Macrowikinomics: Rebooting Business and the World. Don holds a B.Sc. In Psychology and Statistics, an M.Ed. specializing in Research Methodology, and two Doctor of Laws (Hon) granted from the University of Alberta in 2001 and from Trent University in 2006.

Tamara J. Erickson - Tammy is a McKinsey Award-winning author and widely respected expert on collaboration and innovation – on building talent and enhancing productivity – and on the nature of work in the intelligent economy. Her work is based on extensive research on the changing workforce and employee values and, most recently, on how successful organizations innovate through collaboration. As President of nGenera Insight, Tammy is currently directing a major research program on the practical realities of creating Collaborative Enterprises for the future.
Tammy has authored or co-authored numerous Harvard Business Review articles, including “It’s Time to Retire Retirement,” winner of the McKinsey Award, an MIT Sloan Management Review article, and the book Workforce Crisis: How to Beat the Coming Shortage of Skills and Talent. She recently completed a trilogy of books on how individuals in specific generations can excel in today’s workplace. Retire Retirement: Career Strategies for the Boomer Generation and Plugged In: The Generation Y Guide to Thriving at Work were published in 2008. The third book, What’s Next, Gen X? Dr. Margaret Schweer - Margaret has more than 20 years of experience as a senior human resources manager in major corporations and as a management advisor to professionals in similar roles. She has an established track record of building partnerships with leaders at all levels of the organization to create innovative, practical solutions to address their business needs. Margaret has worked in a variety of global firms as a generalist and as an expert in the area of organization development and training. She holds a Ph.D. from Purdue University with an emphasis in organization behavior. Her current research focuses on leading edge competencies and use of social networks in the talent process. Dr. Nick Vitalari - Nick leads several of nGenera’s key, lighthouse research and executive education programs. His work focuses on how people solve complex problems, how technology enables extraordinary corporate strategies, and the changing nature of sustainable corporate growth. Nick is an educator, author and advisor to the Global 1000. He has Ph.D. and MBA degrees from the University of Minnesota, and an undergraduate degree from Marquette University.

Anthony Williams - Anthony is co-author with Don Tapscott of WIKINOMICS: How Mass Collaboration Changes Everything. An avid researcher and writer, Anthony has pursued his interests in the wide-ranging impacts of new technologies on social and economic life for over a decade. His work has been featured in publications such as Business 2.0 and Optimize Magazine, and has been widely circulated in proprietary syndicated research programs. Anthony was previously Research Director with Digital 4Sight and has consulted to Fortune 500 firms and international institutions, including the World Bank. He holds a Masters in Research from the London School of Economics and is a Ph.D. candidate there in the Department of Government.
