Mission

The Architecture Review Team:

  • (a) discusses technical and business issues relevant to the nGenera Reference Architecture (hereafter "nGen-RA"),
  • (b) reviews technical architectural decisions,
  • (c) gathers input from all constituents relevant to the nGen-RA, and
  • (d) drives the vision and roadmap for the nGen-RA.

Background

The nGen-RA specifies the SOA-compatible model for all future nGenera services and applications.  This specification includes:

  • technology basis (i.e. language and toolkit usage),
  • standards support, 
  • interaction protocols,
  • data handling,
  • 3rd party system integration, and
  • management infrastructure 

The nGen-RA is under the stewardship of the Apps Team.
