I agree on the easy to use and personal comments. The best sites allow you to get to what you need quickly. I really get a kick when the site sugggests what you should do next ( what others are buying, what you brought before, offers on simular products, etc. )
The private feature is a problem for kids (I want to known what they are doing....) In business there is no real private collaboration.
