Hello Susan.  I enjoyed reading this blog very much.  Here is a heads up on the paper I shared with you last night: "Measuring the Culture of Innovation"  I think that E2.0 is really all about how NGEs will use technology and community to accelerate innovation.  Models for measuring innovation are going to emerge and evolve as needed to support this new business paradigm.  I hope to see you again at the next Austin SMC.
