Twitter's Problems

Twitter has published a pretty fascinating interview on its blog. It's a cautionary tale of what happens when a web company's success outpaces its infrastructure. It's also a story about the immaturity of the infrastructure that Web 2.0 depends upon. Points to Twitter for transparency, but some of the accusations/questions are pretty embarrassing.
