Thanks for the comic relief, Erik. My pet peeves are all related to the misuse of homonyms (they’re, their, there) and improper apostrophe placement (it’s, its). My husband just added that he hates when people use “data” as a singular noun when they should be using datum.

It’s fun to know that I am not the only one who feels like the grammar police.
