Thanks for your comment, Isabelle. Ya, I have heard similar comments. We will have to give that man a talking-to. He’s still the established grandfather of the meme, in any event. I’m sure he takes pride in the fact that his students (and his ecosystem of international e2.0 evangelists) have eclipsed his mastery of the topic.
Merci beaucoup for taking the time to do the English translation. I try to read Bertrand Duperrin’s blog in french, but always give up!

My comment will be very negative… I hope McAfee is not one of your friends…
I was at MacAfee conference last week at the Webcom in Montreal. (http://www.webcom-montreal.com/)
I was VERY disapointed. The conference he did was almost exactly the same as in 2006…
I did an article about my disapointment in the conference blog (I was one of the official bloggers): http://www.webcom-montreal.com/blog/index.php/2008/05/14/mcafee-confirme-ses-opinions/
And even Claude Malaison, that is in charge of the programmation (so HE invited McAfee) did a post about the banality of the conference and the fact the McAfee had a not very sympathic behaviour…
anyway, he’s a great speacker… we were just hoping more “meat” in his conference..
