At nGenera, we strive to provide competitive and flexible benefits that meet the needs of our employees. Our Employee Benefits Program offers a rich selection of benefits for you and your family.

We offer:

1. Health Insurance Benefits- You may choose from two excellent PPO plans in order to meet your specific needs. Both plans are offered through Blue Cross/ Blue Shield of Texas.

2. Dental Insurance- Administered by Guardian Dental, this is a widely accepted PPO dental network.

3. Life /AD&D Insurance - We provide Life and Accidental Death/Dismemberment insurance equal to 2 times your salary, up to $500,000. This coverage is provided at no cost to you through Lincoln Financial Group.

4. Short & Long Term Disability - We provide short and long term disability coverage at no cost to you through Lincoln Financial Group.

5. Supplemental Life/AD&D Insurance - you may choose to purchase additional life/AD&D insurance to meet your individual financial planning goals.

6. Employee Assistance Plan (EAP) - We provide this EAP, which includes telephone counseling services at no cost to you.

7. 401K - Enjoy the benefits of saving for retirement on a pre-tax basis by contributing by payroll deduction to our company 401K plan through Principal Financial Group. The plan offers a wide selection of investment options to meet your personal financial planning goals.

8. Flexible Spending Account (FSA) - Allows you to pay for eligible medical, dental, vision and over the counter expenses on a pre-tax-basis.

9. Health Savings Account (HSA) - Allows you to pay for eligible medical expenses on a pre-tax basis and applies only to those enrolled with the Base Medical Plan.

Special note: The benefits listed on the Quick Start Guide are for all new hires that are joining the team on nGenera US payroll.  If you joined us through a recent acquisition, you may be covered by an alternative benefit program.

Benefit Enrollment

nGenera utilizes HRconnection for online employee benefit enrollment. A separate email will be sent to your nGenera email address with login details and enrollment instructions.

 

Your health and welfare benefits are effective on your first day of employment. However, depending upon your hire date, your premium payments may be deferred until the following month. If you are hired on or before the 15th of the month, you will pay the premium for that month. If you are hired after the 15th of the month, your insurance premiums will not begin until the 1st of the following month. Premium payments follow the same pay period schedule. Premiums beginning on the first of the month will be deducted from your paycheck on the 20th.
