Austin, TX - May 21, 2008 - nGenera^TM Corporation today announced it has acquired Bellevue, Washington based Talisma Corp., the leading provider of Customer Interaction Management (CIM) and Customer Experience on-demand software solutions. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
