NEWS RELEASE: nGenera Acquires Talisma Corp, Powers Customer Experience On-Demand

Austin, TX - May 21, 2008 - nGeneraTM Corporation today announced it has acquired Bellevue, Washington based Talisma Corp., the leading provider of Customer Interaction Management (CIM) and Customer Experience on-demand software solutions. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Talisma's Customer Experience applications to accelerate nGen Customer on-demand and integrate into nGenera's Platform for Business Innovation
