What do you want in a Wiki?

The Product Management Team would like your feedback as we enhance our nGen Wiki functionality. What features will you use? Some of these features are already in the current offering, while others are on the table. We'd like to know what will improve your ability to collaborate on a wiki and where to focus our efforts.
