Susan - adding some more color and data around Enterprise 2.0, we released our Q1 2008 research, the AIIM Market IQ on Enterprise 2.0 at the end of March 2008. Freely downloadable (registration required, but it's minimal), we tested the waters for adoption of Enterprise as a whole (rare), specific aspects of technologies that are considered Enterprise 2.0 (blogs, wikis, RSS, etc.), and checked to see if people that scored highly in "Knowledge Management inclined" metrics, were more likely to be ahead, at or behind the curve in adoption. Interesting findings, nearly 90 pages, and so far, approaching 1000 people have downloaded the research.
I sincerely hope this is a useful contribution to the world of Enterprise 2.0 - but I encourage others to verify for themselves if it provides information that would allow them to turn their own enterprise into an Enterprise 2.0 success story.
