Like large ships enterprise firms turn slowly and IT departments bare the risk of IT change for the organisation. CIOs are the gatekeepers to E2.0 becoming mainstream. Furthermore E2.0 is so much more than a technology revolution is a change of mindset and change takes patience, education, more patience and learning.
