Upcoming CIO Staff Meeting - Reaching Level 3 Business-IT Capability

On May 15, from 11:00am to 12:30pm I will be leading the CIO Staff Meeting on Reaching Level 3 Business-IT Capability. This Teleconference/WebEx event, targeted for CIO's and their staff, will share the key findings from our latest Re.sults multi-company research on driving business-IT maturity to Level 3.
While Level 1 was all about Business Efficiency - focusing on IT operational execution and cost savings, and Level 2, which is where most companies with well-managed IT capabilities are today, is about Business Effectiveness - focusing on improvement of key business processes and enterprise systems, Level 3 is about Business Transformation - focusing on technology-enabled business innovation and change, enabling business growth and the Next Generation Enterprise.
