NEWS RELEASE: BSG Alliance Announces Appointment of Three New Executives in New York Office

New York, NY – August 27, 2007 – BSG Alliance Corporation, the platform for Next Generation Enterprises, On Demand, has announced that three proven technology leaders in the financial field, Peter Robinson, David Arzt, and Michael Corino, have been appointed as Directors of BSG Alliance’s New York-based Financial Services group. The appointments are another step in the New York office’s on-going growth plan and reflect increasing demand for BSG Alliance’s services in the financial services industry.

Peter Robinson will serve as a Director of Consulting. Peter has an extensive background in providing information technology solutions. He has built and grown four IT consulting organizations catering to the financial services, and delivered custom trading platforms for Wall Street investment banks, broker-dealers, and hedge funds. Prior to BSG Alliance, Peter established a capital markets consulting practice for SunGard Consulting Services, where he was a Partner. He began his career as a developer at the Bank of Boston and has a Masters Degree in Information Systems from Boston University and a Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University School of Law.
David Arzt will serve as a Director of Consulting. David comes to BSG Alliance with over 20 years of experience in the technology field implementing a variety of front, middle and back office software applications, including web applications, for financial services firms such as DTCC, Morgan Stanley, AIG and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. He is expert at translating business requirements into technical designs, and his experience ranges from customer focused user interface design to managing technically diverse teams to implementing robust, secure and highly available web platforms.
Michael J. Corino will serve as a Director of Consulting. Prior to joining BSG Alliance, Michael was Director of Equity Trading Technology for Credit Suisse, where he managed an international team responsible for multiple trading technologies. Prior to Credit Suisse, he was with Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette, where he led technology efforts related to equity derivatives, back office clearing and convertible securities. Prior to DLJ, he was a Second Vice President at Sanford C. Bernstein & Company and a consultant at Price Waterhouse, leading a variety of technology initiatives for both firms. Michael has a B.S. in Information Systems from SUNY-Stony Brook and holds Series 7 and 63 Registered Representative licenses.
