I understand we should use the link to support@bsgalliance.com. I noticed that's similar but different from the ITSupport@bsgalliance.com address that we were told we should be using for general IT support issues.

Can you clarify the difference?  Is support@ just for e.laborate, versus ITSupport@ for other IT issues?

Thanks,
Erik

You've nailed it, Erik.  Support@bsgalliance.com is for external customer facing support requests involving use of the platform.  ITSupport@bsgalliance.com was, and will continue to be for internal facing customers (read=BSG Employees) seeking assistance with enterprise systems, services and infrastructure.

The distinction is less important than it may seem, for employees.  Any support request addressed to ITSupport@ that may be better suited for support@ will be forwarded to the appropriate place.   This is similar to how we handle other non-IT related support questions.  We won't ignore them, we'll just forward them to an appropriate handler.
