However, to succeed at creating competitive advantage, all must collaboratively respond to rapidly changing workforce demographics, heightened competition for talent, and financial challenges from the business-at-large. To foster this business-critical working relationship, we provide a combination of our Senior Executive and IT Concourses. This SE/LC Summit is designed to expand perspectives on emerging critical business and technology management issues and to provide the opportunity to interact with counterparts from other major corporations. World-class authorities and thought leaders join participants in a business-casual setting for interactive exploration of the contemporary challenges of executive management. Attendees often bring guests and arrive on the weekend for hosted activities and to get acquainted with other participants. One attendee per corporation - at the level of CEO, divisional president, CFO, CIO or other executive committee member - is invited to participate.
