Yes, you are right; I did not communicate well that . . .

The Hub should be adding "Credibility Credits" to (and thereby increasing the "HI-Q" of) the partner in response to a positive Review and Rating (more pts), as well as (1 token pt) for reads by others of "HI-Q, with no reactions, because the author's posting was deemed worth reading.

i.e. the goal is to accurately reflect the true esteem the partner has earned in the community, and thus should be understood and FELT like kudos.

Think about it - wouldn't you feel better about something you wrote if it accumulated a "HI-Q" score that reflected that it was well read by your peers, as opposed to it's having the same  quantity of reads by anonymous people that made no comments?

And, wouldn't you be more inclined to want to read something that has a high "HI-Q" score, even if it did not have any explicit Rating/Review done by a credible peer?  (And, even more, it would feel better to get a 5*star review from a high HI-Q partner than an unknown person.)

And, wouldn't it be wonderful if the Hub served up to you alerts to make sure you notice an item that had been given a "5*Star" rating/review by a very high "HI_Q" rated partner, or several "4*Star" ratings by fairly highly rated (possibly newbie) partners.?

I would love it if the efforts of those that have the time to read and rate stuff, saved me time in helping me see the best/most important stuff, without having to search and cull thru everything manually.
