NGE - from Rocky Road to Smooth Sailing

In a previous post, Katie Tierney, wrote about the joys of finally working on-site with a group when you're a telecommuter employee. I completely relate to that feeling.
I was at a customer site this week. A group of us went down to their cafeteria for a lunch break. In the gelato case, I saw a sign reading "NGE Rocky Road". (See attached photo - I know it's blurry. It was taken with a cell phone camera.)
This started me thinking about how we at BSG Alliance help our clients navigate the rocky road of becoming a NGE. To me, this ice cream was a sign that there will be smooth sailing ahead!
