How do we make this work?

Here's a 1st conversation for this group:
I'll put here what I think are the Core Values that we must seek in order to build a collaboration site for consultants doing "EIM-SPM SalesComp" (we need a shorter tag for this) work. I used an Acronym of "SITE" ("Sharing Ideas, Tools & Experiences") in this, because it was written when we were looking at trying to build our own Iconixx SITE. Everything in this list is not available in this toolset, but I propose that the values are still desirable and we can work towards them with what we have.
- Vibrancy - The SITE must always be alive and dynamic, attracting participation because it is fun as well as interesting and rewarding. Surprise and entertainment are valued along with vibrant strength and dependability.
- Accuracy - The SITE should have a "5 star" rating system for labeling the confidence factor of the value and quality of each tool, example and item of knowledge presented. Everything shared should be "Peer Policed' much like peer reviews in the scientific communities of the world. Comments and discussion threads should be easily attached to any item, and an eBay-like member feedback rating system should support the "star ratings" assigned by members. (A separate document may be in order to work out the details of how Accuracy can be assessed and encouraged.)
- Personality - The SITE should provide a way for members to be known for their skills and experiences, as well as their sense of humor and personal flairs. By not letting a minority of member personalities dominate, and demonstrating that everyone can be seen and recognized and appreciated, everyone will be encouraged by peer pressure to participate appropriately.
- Opportunity - The SITE should attract participation by continually reinforcing that we place a high value on providing Opportunities for individual, personal successes and enrichment, as well as for building and keeping a sense of community involvement and significance. Every Team member should feel like they may be missing out on an Opportunity if they fail to attend to this community SITE.
- Relevance - The SITE must use its vibrant energies to continually adapt to the needs and priorities of the Team. It must keep a grip on the center of the common good, while empowering, and even guiding, the leading edges of the widely disparate specialized skill areas.
(hmmm. the anagram is VAPOR. wonder what that means? :) )
I am hoping for 2 kinds of participation in this thread:
1. What are the values we need to seek?
2. How and what do we do to make this work, and attain at least most of the values?
Any ideas, short or long comments are wanted. Do not hold back. Let's try to show the BSG people we can do this, like they do, or better. :)
(If you have looked at some of the BSG threads you may have seen some with many long postings with more depth and effort than here. )
