The IT Leadership Development Program Needs YOUR Help!

We need your help promoting the IT LDP! The current class is scheduled to begin in May, with welcome calls to begin in April, and we are still well shy of our target for participants. For those unfamiliar, the IT Leadership Development Program (LDP) was created over four years ago to focus on the specific skills, attributes, and values required to be a successful IT leader. Top CIOs (frequently, the members of our IT Concours programs) often sponsor their high potential direct reports to attend the IT LDP, as a way of building strong talent and succession capacity in their organization. Directed by Dr. James I. Cash, Jr. and Dr. Keri E. Pearlson, this intensive, modular, and individualized educational experience includes: a personalized assessment and curriculum, a series of workshops led by top presenters, personalized coaching, several teleconference meetings, and access to high-quality, online, management development and performance support material from Harvard Business School Publishing and other sources. Over the past four years, many of our clients have sent participants to the IT LDP. This year’s program has “snuck up” on us, leaving us well below the total target class size of 40. PLEASE IMMEDIATELY mention the IT LDP to your IT contacts or HR contacts in charge of executive development. Refer any potential leads to Sandy Palmer and Junko Matthews, who will follow-up immediately. If you have any questions, please contact Steve Guengerich or Keri Pearlson. Thank you!
