New website

I really like the format of the new and improved website. Although the concept of dynamic content and user-driven conversations is great, I thought we needed a balance between that and a direct message about who we are as a company (I think our initial website lacked this). This new site allows potential customers and new recruits to understand who we are and what we do while still allowing customers and peers to have collaborative conversations. The direct and more traditional content gives an overview of where we are today, but the collaborative content can help shape where we are going in the future.

One interesting thing about the "new" site is that it's the same BSG Customer Engagement software (aka "Kalivo") as the old site. We've simply made different business choices about presentation of our message. And we implemented those choices on a live site without significant downtime.
That flexibility has always been a selling point of Kalivo.
