Lorie, thanks very much for a great “drill down” on a comlex, challenging and yet crucial topic. In fact, one of the clients I was referring to actually acknowledged to me that, “We have done this to ourselves by negotiating the vendor to the point where they no longer see us as a strategic partner for them.”
