Internal Hosting Schedule of Costs

One of my action items from the last conference call was to pull together some numbers estimating the cost to recreate the existing hosted enironment in-house. The attached spreadsheet shows some of the details. We already have available rack space in at least 2 of the 3 collocation sites that we inhabit. At least one of those two has published its Type II SAS 70 compliance statement.
Within the spreadsheet the first option is a simple stand-alone server alternative. The 2nd option is the preferred environment that poises us for future expansion with High Availabilty and Protections. The last option is a cost-savings variation of the 2nd, with dimished features and capabilities.
