Attached is version 1.0 of the Continuous Strategy Platform Description/Specification. As version 1.0, this is still at a relatively high level, but before details are developed, I felt it important to first get the alignment and support of the group following our discussion two weeks ago.
Please provide any comments or suggestions you feel are necessary.
Scott, the biggest time constraint is to define and then complete a beta of what we think we could use and demonstrate to Pioneer Natural Resoures in March. Please advise.

- Given the total scope for StrategyOD (internal name for NGE Strat Platform), there's no situtation that would allow delivery of Beta product in the alloted timeframe.
- At this time, there are no available Apps Team resources between now and April 1.
Given that good news, I think we must shift our thinking into a prioritized series of phases that can (a) satisfy the customer and (b) properly evolve StrategyOD.
Which brings up the following questions:
- What does the customer need/want to see in the March timeframe? In other words, if we pushed for a product mockup what would it need to include? Obviously, this reframes the "beta" as a functional prototype and resets the customer expectation as to their "testing" interactions. We move from testing to feature feedback/definition.
- What's the prioritization of the "Platform Components" on slide #5?
- Who's the team for refining the mockup and requirements (slide #4, #6, #7)?
- Who from Apps Team supports this effort and when?

- Kelly Looney will be Product Managing the "StrategyOD Offering" throughout its lifetime. This includes immediately beginning the Product Vision & Definition phase. The intention would be entering Q2'08 with a solid understanding of this offering, market, and its capabilities.
- FranklinC will nudge Pioneer as far back in March as practical.
- Apps Team shall refine the existing StrategyOD mockup to include:
- Surveying / Assessment capability. This is a key new element and the mockup should have a rich realization of this vision.
- Ideation / Jam placeholder that demonstrates in some concrete terms the ideation component value prop.
- Further changes that improve the flow and relationship of the various components from slide #5.
