AON Proposal Outline

by Vaughan Merlyn on Feb 01, 2008 - 12:40 PM read 18 timesLatest looks very good. One concern - how much detail do we intend to get into? My inclination is to keep this all at a very high level - the deal we are offering is a "lighthouse customer co-creation approach" which lets them, as a very early customer, shape this to meet thier specific needs. Until we have uncovered those needs (collaboratively) we are simply guessing, so creating a lot of detailed plans does not make sense, IMHO. -

the key word being "Collaborate". we might have to be set the expectation that this is a BSG/AON collaboration.

In the exec meeting and wont be on the call but this approach is very good but it looks VERY project-oriented and the platform nature of our offerings does not really show.
Lets challenge ourselves to structure and price this in a subscription-oriented, platform approach.
