Thanks for the thoughtful post and enlightenment for those of us who’ve got to watch from home.

I agree that the phrase ‘contribution chains’ seems too hierarchical for this age. Contribution networks or contribution channels (different constituents from employees to vendors to prospects to investors - you get the idea) might be a good way to tag the phenomenon of the people at the core of these services, and is directly applicable to how businesses think.

We certainly have to ease our executives in with good examples - as you’ve done here.
