Conv corporate blogging faux pas

I've often wondered about how a corporation can enter the Enterprise 2.0 world; specifically blogging online by employees and management, without issues arising for the company based on unwitting or even malicious content creation.  I came across a good article at eweek that points out very simple common sense things to consider while blogging for your company.  I would think policies would need to be established to mitigate the concerns.

Here is an example of a CEO who got in trouble for his online postings but was exonerated by his Board.

to the whole foods situation was John Mackey conducting a portion of his online presence psuedo-anonymously.  This is a major no-no for anyone even marginally discussing business on the web.
