I am a native of the Texas Gulf Coast, and I have over 15 years experience in the training profession, including both BAU and project delivery. My skills encompass the entire training life-cycle, from needs and root-cause analysis, to design/delivery, and evaluation. Additionally, I have both project and people management experience.
On a more fun note, my favorite things to do are spend time with my family and spend time on the ocean, in that order ;-)
